What we collect

When you send a message, ask a question or book an appointment we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, your child's name and age, and the reason for the visit. For online consultations we also keep the payment transaction ID or screenshot you send us.

Visit statistics

To see how the site is used, we count which pages are opened, the country and city the visit comes from (worked out by our host from your internet address), the type of device, and the site that linked to us. We do not use cookies for this and do not store your internet address. Each visitor is counted under a code that changes every day, so visits cannot be linked from one day to the next or traced back to you. If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”, nothing is counted.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to you, arrange and remind you about appointments, and verify payments.

Appointment times are added to Dr. Zobaria's Google Calendar with only your child's first name and the booking reference. Online consultations use Google Meet.

Your booking page (reached only through your private link, or your booking reference with your phone number) shows your appointment, your child's vaccination record as kept by the clinic, and any visit summary Dr. Zobaria chooses to share with you. At the clinic, the waiting-room screen shows only the token number and your child's first name.

If you leave a review after a visit, it is published only if you allow it and Dr. Zobaria approves it, under your first name or as “A parent”, as you choose.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.
  • We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
  • We do not show anyone else your child's medical notes. Notes from visits are written by Dr. Zobaria, stored encrypted, and visible only to her.

Who can see it

Only Dr. Zobaria Saleem and her clinic staff, through a password-protected admin area, each seeing only what their work needs: for example, the staff who handle fees do not see the reason for a visit, and only Dr. Zobaria can read medical notes.

How long we keep it

  • Messages and questions: up to 12 months.
  • Payment screenshots and receipts: deleted 90 days after the payment is verified, or 90 days after booking if it was cancelled without payment.
  • Visit statistics: 13 months.
  • Appointment history: as long as your child is under the clinic's care.
  • Medical notes from visits: kept as part of your child's medical record, as doctors are required to. They are never edited or removed; a correction is added alongside the original.
  • Backups: a private copy of the clinic's records is made each week and kept for 8 weeks, so the records can be recovered if something goes wrong.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct your information at any time, and to delete it except for medical notes, which form part of your child's medical record, by emailing [email protected]. Deleting removes your names, phone number, email and payment screenshots and cancels any upcoming appointments; the medical record (visit notes, vaccinations, the reason for each visit) and payment records stay, without your name. Copies in the weekly backups are removed as those backups expire, within 8 weeks. On request we can also send you a copy of everything we hold about your family.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which also stores our backups. Emails are sent through Resend. Appointments are kept in Google Calendar and online consultations use Google Meet. Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play. When the clinic switches them on, appointment messages are also sent by WhatsApp (Meta), and online card or wallet payments are handled on JazzCash's own secure page: we never see your card details.
